Q: What are your hours?
A: Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5: 00 PM EST. Offices and Warehouse are closed on Saturday and Sunday.


Q: What is the standard turnaround time for pet product shipping once I place an order?

A: Aussie Naturals strives to have all orders shipped within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. Shipping times vary depending on the location, but the standard is 7-10 business days once the order has been received to time of delivery.


Q:How much is shipping?


A:Shipping is free if the order is above $25.00, anything lower will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.49


Q: What is your pet product Return Policy regarding defects?
A: Aussie Naturals provides a 30 day manufacture's warranty on all defective items. If it has been after 30 days, contact our office at returns@abogear.com. We offer returns on defective products only.


Q: What is your pet product Return Policy regarding standard returns?
A: No merchandise may be returned without Aussie Naturals/ABO prior approval and instruction. All authorized returns must be clear of pricing tags and private label tags. No returns are accepted if they have been worn, covered in pet hair or damaged beyond point of resale quality. Aussie Naturals/ABO provides a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty on all defective items. ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING CHARGE. Store credit will be applied once items are received in sell-able condition
